Laura Berkner is an energetic professional with a wide and varied background and experience. She is co-founder of Stimmi, LLC a mobile care plan for persons with autism or other disabilities. Laura is deeply committed to making a difference and helping create the best quality of life for those affected. She also is practicing as a physician assistant in Internal Medicine and Emergency Medicine. Laura's background is in science and technology. Her first career was in a State regulatory agency where as a food scientist/manager she developed policy and procedures, inspected facilities and managed professional staff. She worked for a private microbiology lab and was involved with sales, training and quality assurance. Laura fed her family for 6 years as an independent sales director in a cosmetic firm before going back to school to get her Masters Degree in Physician Assistant studies.
